We've spent years managing production crews, vendors, and tight deadlines to get complex projects across the finish line. We're now putting that same project management discipline to work in contracting bidding on public sector solicitations, then partnering with specialized local subcontractors to deliver the work on time and on scope.
What We Do
Downing Duo LLC acts as the prime contractor on public sector projects. We handle the solicitation process, the paperwork, and the client relationship then bring in qualified subcontractors to execute the specialized work itself. That means agencies get a single point of accountability, and skilled local businesses get access to government work without having to navigate the procurement process themselves.
